Summer Camp Wenzhou
The Confucius Institute at the University of Graz sees itself as an ambassador of the Chinese language and culture and serves as a hub between China and Europe. In this role, we invite both students and pupils to experience the fascinating Chinese language firsthand, to apply and deepen their language skills in everyday situations, and to immerse themselves in Chinese culture through our Summer Camps!
Our Summer Camps, which last around two weeks, take place both in China and in Europe and feature special topics. Our new Summer Camp in Wenzhou, China is organized as a cooperation between the Confucius Institute at the University of Graz and the partner university Wenzhou Polytechnic (Design College) in China. The Confucius Institute Graz covers the local program and accommodation costs.
Our Special Summer Camp 2025
The summer camp in Wenzhou is aimed at students of our language courses with cooperating schools, at students of our language courses at the University of Graz and participants of our language courses at cooperating universities. The travel period, including arrival and departure, is expected to be from July 20 to August 2, 2025. Slight deviations are currently still possible.
Applications are now open till June 20, 2025, 5 PM.
The selection process is the responsibility of the Confucius Institute and takes into account the “first come, first served” principle when the application form is received, a recommendation from the Chinese teachers and the results of completed Chinese exams (YCT, HSK).
